We are currently in the process of applying for the California Financing Law (CFL) Broker License with the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI). At this time, we are not yet licensed to conduct business as a mortgage broker in the state of California.

Once our application is approved and we receive our official license, we will be able to legally offer mortgage broker services. In the meantime, we are working diligently to meet all requirements and to be in full compliance with applicable regulations.
